Consent to communications

Our “Get your offer” form uses two separate consents:

• Contact about your offer (required to submit the form). By submitting, you ask us to contact you about your vehicle offer by phone call or email at the number and address you provide. We need this to deliver the offer you requested.
• Text messages (optional, separate checkbox). Only if you check the optional box do we send text messages (SMS/MMS) about your offer, including messages sent with automated technology. Agreeing to texts is not required to get an offer or to sell us your vehicle, and leaving it unchecked does not affect your offer in any way.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with service providers who help us operate (under confidentiality), and with Bill Luke Automotive Group personnel as needed to appraise your vehicle and complete the purchase, payment, and title transfer, and with authorities when required by law. Any such sharing is strictly to deliver the service you asked for — never for another company’s marketing.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for these purposes and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing, by contacting us below.
