These terms govern the Roadrunner Car Buyers text messaging program. Roadrunner Car Buyers is a d/b/a of Bill Luke Santan LLC, 3404 South Speedway Drive, Gilbert, AZ 85297, part of the Bill Luke Automotive Group.

Automated and agent text messages are sent from (623) 343-9485. Our main line for calls and texts is (623) 777-2506; calls to either number reach our team.
Text messaging is always optional. On the “Get your offer” form at roadrunnerbuys.com there are two separate checkboxes. The first asks us to contact you about your offer by phone or email. The second — a separate, optional box that is unchecked by default — is the only way you join this text program. It reads:
“Optional — text me too. I agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) about my offer from Roadrunner Car Buyers, including messages sent with automated technology. This is optional — you do not have to agree to texts to get an offer or sell us your vehicle. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
You may also start a text conversation yourself by texting our business line at (623) 777-2506, in which case we may reply to you there.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting an offer, selling your vehicle, or receiving any service from us. If you leave the box unchecked we will simply call or email you instead, and your offer is unaffected.
Messages relate only to the vehicle you asked us to appraise: confirming we received your details, delivering your offer, scheduling an inspection or pickup, arranging payment and title paperwork, and answering your questions.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Most sellers receive a handful of messages while their offer is active. We do not send recurring promotional blasts.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Roadrunner does not charge for messages.
Reply STOP to any message to end texts at that number. You will receive one confirmation message: “You are unsubscribed and will receive no more messages. Reply START to resubscribe.” Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we use it.
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized seller of the vehicle. You confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you give us.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
